Heloo Soma,
Met this cool guy,Soma, at the 18th Cannabis Cup in Nov 2005. I was one of the 2 Americans who walked the entire cup and all shops listed in a little over 2 days as story is in HT March 2006 issue. Soma remembers this as we have it on video. Soma always is receptive to people and even offered to try the next years strain that year as a sneek preview. It was awesome G 13 strain. Greetings Holy one, just finished a grow and did some water H, thanks for the compassion of your teachings of the grow. Having a chronic illness, such an element is merciful. met you at the 17th year of the cannabis cup for the first time and even took a snapshot with you at barneys when amnesia haze took the cup but i had read all of your articles and had followed your work before that trip to the cup and was in barneys days before the cup had started and from trying that a-haze for the first time i told my people that i was with that this is going to win the cup this year and i put that on my life!! and from all of your articles, books and weblog i know in my heart the you are the real deal and that the world can use more people that think and live like you. peace from san diego c.a aguilarzorro@yahoo.com

greetings, i meet soma in amsterdam 1996 at the cannabis cup. i was hanging out when soma approached my friend and i and basicly handed me a bud and said "this is rock bud" it's 11 years 9 mos. later and remember it today. i have used cannabis for 25 years and have not come across a more dense bud.i voted it as my cup winner. ironicly the cup was won by de dampkring, mostly due to the fact it was close to our hotel but mostly we forced anyone with a judges pass to puff what we were smokin' and pedro who was putting stickers on baggies for de damkring kicked mike and myself 100 bags we took the bags to our room filled them with bud and hash after we judged them out of contension,then we went to the partys and walked on stage and tossed bags to the crowd, party picks up. people vote, de dampkring wins your welcome de dampkring.so i've rememberd that brief encounter ever since.once again soma for the rock bud i've always wondered what inclined you to aproach me and bless me with a chunk of rock bud.and do you remember it? thanks again hope to run into you again someday,greg
