Pixi's Birthday Cake
Raw berry white chocolate cheese cake.
Mixed Berries
Cashew Nuts
Coconut water
nutmeg

GREEN STAR JUICER
BOWLS
WASH & STRAIN THE BERRIES
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BERRIES
strain the berries
MAKING THE CRUST
WALNUTS
pit the dates please, and mix together in the GREEN STAR JUICER to make the crust.
grind up the walnuts, and then add the dates.
mix it up in your hands.
roll it in a ball.
and pat it into the bottom of the cake tin.
MAKING THE FILLING
MIX THE BERRIES

fill vitamixer with raw cashews
add coconut water till it covers the cashews
add cashew yogourt.
add raw honey
mix together with cacao butter melted
pour in half
add vanilla
blend!
add LUCUMA POWDER
superfood powder that tastes great in icecream and cakes.
blend!
slowly increase the speed of the vitamixer.
it should be very smooth and fine. if not please add more coconut juice until disired smooth, light texture appears.
please add the nutmeg!
keep your hand on the vitmixer to make sure that you are not heating the mixture.
now you have the filling of the cake!
pour it on top of the crust in the cake tin.
please put it in the refrigerator to chill and become thick.

THE BERRIES!
so beautifully red and blue!
please cut the strawberry green hats off.
please cut the strawberries into 4 equall parts.
please use a ceramic knife.
mix up the berries together!
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER!
Please let pass at least half an hour before mixing them together.
Take the cake tin out of the refrigerator.
mix the cut berries and mix in mint
spoon the berries into the cake tin.
pound the cake tin onto the cutting board so as to burry the berries into the filling, slightly.

put it in the fridge and let chill out!
